One of my fondest travel memories: a small boutique hotel on Sumba, a ride on horseback that ended with a private lunch on a deserted beach. Moments like these don't happen by chance. They happen when someone takes the time, in advance, to put together exactly the right thing for you. That, to me, is the craft: listening, thinking ahead, and caring about the small things that turn a good trip into one you never quite come home from.

I've lived in six countries on two continents and travelled through many more. So I know what truly matters: the hotel room worth asking for by name, the seat on the plane that makes all the difference, the flight plan that spares you a sleepless night in transit.
And I know the sea better than most. I spent two years living and working aboard a passenger ship, and I still happily lose an evening to deck plans and the character of a newly launched vessel. No two ships are alike, and no two travellers want the same thing from the water. Matching the two is a specialty of mine. Whether your journey ever takes you aboard or not, that's the level of detail I bring to everything I plan.

Off the Beaten Path
Between the famous sights lies the country where people actually live. Villages without souvenir stalls, roads without tour coaches, inns where the menu has never been translated. You do not find these places by following the usual route, but by taking a turning that appears on no recommended list. I put together a journey that brings both together: the places you want to have seen, and the ones you never knew existed.
River Cruises
Drift past vineyards, castles, and centuries-old towns as the scenery changes with every bend of the river. From the Danube and the Rhine to the Mekong and the Nile, river cruising offers intimate ships, refined comfort, and a new view outside your window each morning. I'll find the route and ship that suit you perfectly.
Sailing Voyages
When the sails are set and the engine falls silent, one sound remains, the one people have known for thousands of years: wind in canvas, water along the hull. The ship follows the wind, the route follows the weather, and what is left is time. Time for the coast slipping slowly past, for evenings on deck, for bays that stay closed to larger ships.
